Who we are

What we collect and why

• Pilot sign-up: your email address, the race you're entering, your watch brand, and the date, time and policy version of your consent. We use this to invite you to the pilot and send you your enriched race file. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Race files you upload (when uploads open): the GPX or FIT file you send us. We process it to produce your enriched file, then delete it. We keep only a fingerprint of the route (a code calculated from its coordinates) so we can recognise the race again. Legal basis: providing the service you asked for.
• Watch and activity data: we do not collect it today. If a future feature needs it, we will ask for your explicit consent first.

We do not sell your data, use advertising trackers, or set analytics cookies. Our fonts and files are served from our own server, so visiting the site sends nothing to third parties.

How long we keep it

• Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 7 days.
• Confirmed sign-ups are kept until [12 months after the pilot ends], unless you become a customer or ask us to delete them sooner.
• Uploaded race files are deleted as soon as your enriched file is ready.

Who processes data for us

• [Hetzner Online GmbH]: hosting, on servers in the European Union.
• Microsoft (Microsoft 365, provided through GoDaddy): sending and receiving our email.

International transfers

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy, or withdraw consent. Email info@infnit.net and we will reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), your local EU data protection authority, or, in Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA). We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the version and date above. If a change affects how we use data you've already given us, we'll tell you by email first.
